1.  Who is your philosophe?
2.  Where was he/she born?
3.  What Kind of education did he/she receive?
4.  What books/papers did he/she write?
5.  What did he/she contribute to the Enlightnement?
6.  How were they received by the public?
7.  Where and how did they die?
8.  How do we view their ideas today?

  • Once you have answered your questions, write a two minute speech about your philosophe that you will give to the class tomorrow.  You will turn your questions and the transcript of the speech in tomorrow.
